Booked and paid $14000 for 9 passengers 8 months back. Received an email couple of months back informing about rescheduling of flights. We got it rebooked and have been waiting for tickets for the last 2 months (Case#2017081937008923). I have called their customer service relentlessly for the last 2 months and have even emailed the CEO Peter Bellew and head of customer service for understanding the delay. No one has any answer, we are still waiting for our tickets. Kindly stay away from this airline, it's just going to give you grief, book your tickets with a decent airline.

It was my first time flying the A380 and definitly not the last time.
When I flew there was the disappeared plane from Malaysian. But still it is the best airlines that I ever flew with.
We had enough legroom and also a storage cabin between the seat and the window. The entertainment was also very good with a large choice of movies, series, music and etc...
The cabin was very friendly and we got a lot of food. The quality of the food was very good. We also got a lot of snacks and drinks at no extra cost.
The boarding went very smooth. Overall a very good airline and worth considering.
