I can only recommend to anyone to avoid this airline. I would even pay a bit more, just to avoid Kenya. First, our flight was canceled and we were given no information of Kenya why. The next one went only 24h later. During this time, they provided us accommodation, but only two meals. When I asked for a third, they declined. When I said that I disagree, they simply said I could file a complaint to their main office.
On board, our ordered special meals were missing. Once finally arrived, my bag was missing. They managed at least to get it to my hotel within 24h.
When I wanted to introduce compensation claims (for the flight and baggage delays), they sent me from one office to another. Up to this date, the claims are still pending and I am not sure to get any form of compensation for the stress, energy and extra expenses.

Great experience onboard the Dreamliner
This was a flight between Nairobi and Paris onboard the airline's new Dreamliner 787. Nairobi Airport is still in the middle of being refurbished, so it doesn't offer a fantastic experience. As soon as you step onboard the plane, you experience an ambiance of African luxury. The seats (in 3-3-3 configuration) are equipped with a latest generation IFE system. The WiFi service displayed on the screen was unfortunately not working. The seats recline very well, and there is a decent mount of legroom. We took off at around 11:00 pm and this was followed by a light meal. The chicken was very good and served in decent quantities, bearing in mind the time of day. The cabin crew came round to serve drinks twice before disappearing. The cabin was very comfortable, with colour-changing lights and seats in the colours of the savannah. Breakfast was served before landing in Paris.

Great flight, like last time
I have already flown this route with Kenya Airways. They were great again, with the only small problem being that they served some sort of vegetable wrap that tasted really good but gave me stomachache afterwards.

Great!
This was a very good flight. The plane, an E-190, was really comfortable and the cabin crew were very competent. The flight departed on time and arrived at destination on time. I will willingly use this airline again. I've read other reviews of Kenya Airways too and been really astonished by them: I find it to be a super airline.
Thank you for reading my review and have a good evening. :)

A complete mockery!
I’m writing my review because this was the second time I had to go through the same unfortunate experience, beat by beat.
The first time, I arrived at the airport and they told me my flight to Bangkok had been canceled and rescheduled for the following day at 10:00. I went back the next day at 8:00 to see that the flight was finally scheduled for takeoff at 9:00! Kenya Airways hadn't given me any information!
The second time, the flight was on the schedule up to the time it was supposed to take off, when an airline agent told us that the flight would be delayed because “the captain could not be found!” One hour later, the flight was cancelled and again rescheduled for the following day at 10:00! You know what happened!
