This was a flight in economy class and it was comfortable, with a seat that reclined further than normal, more legroom than normal, and quite a large amount of space between the wall and the seat in which to put your bag, for example. The cabin crew were cheerful enough but no more than that. The films available were quite dated. There was a choice of meals: Japanese or Western. I went with the Japanese option, which was quite good. We took off on time and arrived at destination a little ahead of schedule. Where the baggage was concerned, however, my suitcase had some scratches on it, some of the paint had come off, and there were one or two dents in it.
