For my trip to Japan, I flew with the airline Korean Air, with a stopover in Seoul.
Theirs were the most affordable tickets after the Chinese airlines, which I had heard were not that good.
As often happens with Asian airlines, the size of the seats was not very large.
However, a large selection of movies were available in the plane, with most being available in English, Korean, Japanese, or Chinese…
The meals were good, but better on the outward trip than on the flight back. I’m probably not a very big fan of Korean cuisine.
Otherwise, in general the flight went well. The crew was serious, the material was faultless, and the service, perfect.
The only dark spot:
On the return trip, the airline wanted to make me pay for a camera stand that passes without a problem through French customs but is over the limit by 4 cm in the Japanese customs. So, it’s the airline that wanted me to pay about 100 euros to check this excess “baggage!”
Finally, after some minutes of explanations, I didn't pay anything. This was very fortunate, because the stand broke during the flight : /
