We took a Santiago to Madrid flight (about 12 hours) and found ourselves in a cabin without personal TVs (to be accurate that's understandable since they are in the process of updating all of their planes with personal TVs) but the only TV we could see didn't work very well (scrambled, blurry picture and weird colors). They only showed one and a half movies (we couldn't finish watching the 2nd because the picture quality eventually became unwatchable).
We also had to put up with the mood swings of some of the flight attendants who, despite our smiles and politeness, provided terrible service. We had to repeat our request for glasses of water several times, and we felt as if we were annoying them.
Next, we arrived 15 minutes late and weren't able to catch our connecting flight with Iberia. We were placed on the 3rd flight (5 hours of waiting) and we had no excuse or anything from the airline except a voucher for a sandwich.
Finally, our luggage was lost and didn't arrive in Paris. We only got them after 3 days of long, premium-rate phone calls to Iberia's customer service, which only got us confusing and inaccurate information.
I strongly discourage traveling on this airline. I've never seen such terrible service.
