Lisbonne dimanche 15 Septembre 2013 Vol TO3413 pour Orly
Alors que nous avions enregistré nos bagages pour un décollage à 19h30 nous sommes informés que le vol était retardé de 8 heures soit 3H00 du matin sans explications ni excuses ni compensation
Attitude méprisante du personnel qui nous abandonne dans le hangar ( sans nos affaires donc ) qui fait office de terminal 2
Bien sur nos bagages ont été fouillés durant la nuit mais rien n'a été volé
