The flight crew was welcoming and professional despite the few resources they were given to work with.
The organization at check-in was a joke, jostling and throwing suitcases at the Bishkek airport in the middle of the night.
The ground crew was obviously understaffed and not qualified to handle the amount of passengers.
The flights were consistently at least an hour late.
The luggage was seriously damaged during the trip. There has been no response from customer service and no reimbursement more than 2 months after the fact despite numerous reminders.
The comfort on the airline was less than the bare minimum and the equipment was rundown.
This is an extremely, possibly too low-cost airline that sacrifices safety and punctuality to get a few more euros. Upsetting. Obviously I don’t recommend it under any circumstances. Spend the extra 100 euros, you won’t regret it.
