I'm completely disappointed with this airline, having been pleased with the standards of their service to begin with.
Today I missed the plane because of the time spent waiting in the customs queue at CDG airport.
I got there 12 min after departure, missing my plane.
The Syphax officials have no excuse for this. And if that's not the end of the world, the customer service representative for Syphax then spoke to me in a tone that suggested I was in the wrong, and I had to pay a ticket-change penalty even though I wasn't responsible for the delays caused by the service at CDG.
I'm shocked at Syphax's down-market customer service standards.

Si Alysia sous-traite les vols de Syphax en France, ça ne me regarde pas, mais je parle du comportement des agents Syphax au niveau de leur stand avec leur clientèle. A part la pénalité qu'on est obligé de payer malgré qu'on n'est pas fautif.
