I knew not to expect much flying with this budget airline, but still.
I don't mind complying with the clearly specified conditions concerning luggage allowed in the cabin; limited comfort that is to be expected with an aging aircraft , such as broken tables that no longer fold down properly and even the short boarding time. However there is something that low cost does not excuse; the quality of its crew.
I won't lie, it was alright and one person did speak with us kindly during our dealings with the company.
I am not going to go into detail on everything but here are two examples:
-While boarding, the person responsible for checking our luggage addressed passengers in a very rude and bossy manner. I felt like I was in a movie caricaturing the army! In addition to this, there was no explanation, just finger pointing, a quick gesture and the person was forcefully set aside!
-The air hostesses did not respond to questions and chewed gum with their mouths open throughout the flight.
I know there must be worse things than these but I am truly amazed to see people being so disrespectful.
I departed without any preconceived ideas, but I came home disappointed.
Maybe it was just on this flight, but I think this is something the company should really look at improving.
Furthermore, the prices are not really any lower than other tried and tested airlines, which are at least nice to travel with.
