A bad experience with Darwin Airways Take-off was seven hours late on this flight from Geneva to Rome, the 27 December 2013.
The delay was already showing two hours before take-off via a simple "technical" message with no other explanation, but we understood that it was simply a case of making it just one flight instead of two because the planes weren't full. This is unacceptable! What kind of consideration for the passengers is that! There was no phone call or text message about the delay, even though it was known about well before the scheduled time! A little sandwich was served during the flight, not even wrapped up. It's fortunate that we'd had a voucher to eat in one of the airport restaurants, though in view of the ticket prices that's not much to get excited about. For the return we had a simple packaged biscuit, even though the flight was an 8:00 pm one. I won't be using this airline again and I'll advise all the people I know not to use it.
