The aircraft on this flight is very old and the business class seats on this flight are not up to the standards of other Emirates and airline business class seats. A business class seat without a power outlet for laptop and phone option would not count as business class in the 20th century most would agree.
Further more, air conditioning is lousy and if its in summer time you would boil before the flight is long airborne and the cabin has been chilled. However, Emirates customer affairs are so ignorant and arrogant that they wouldnt even consider compensating their frequent flyers for this break in service promise. Very pitty.
Recommend people to avoid vasting money on business class on this service as it does not hold business class standards.
