For me, personally, we traveled 5 times with this airline and have no complaints. The flight attendants were charming and the flight, pleasant. We fly with them each year and each time it’s a pleasure. If I had to rate them, I’d say it’s 18 out of 20. Why not 20? Because I think it’s a pity that the flight attendants do not speak a minimum of French.
