Don't fly with Pullmantur Air !
There's a reason why it is probably one of the cheapest options.
I flew to Cancun from Madrid with Pullmantur Air around six months ago.
When I arrived to the airport my suitcase was nowhere to be found.
I waited and waited and then after speaking to customer service I had no choice but to fill out a PIR and go to my resort. I called the airport and Pullmantur on a daily basis but no one had a clue as to where my suitcase was.
I spent my one week vacation without any of my belongings, shopping for basics and trying to get answers. On the last day of my vacation I was finally told that my suitcase was sent to Havana, but as of today I still don´t have my suitcase.
I spent months emailing and calling Pullmantur Air, they made me send them original receipts of my belongings (over 2000 euros worth of receipts) and I had to sign a document in order for them to proceed with my case. In the end they gave me a pathetic 400 euros to cover all of my belongings and the basics that I had to purchase while in Cancun. Throughout this entire disaster top management always refused to speak to me or contact me.
Don´t think twice about it, fly with a different airline.
