This was a flight where I asked the airport, and the flight attendants, to be seated next to my son.
I got mean responses in German on the plane.
My son, who was at the other end of the plane, came to see me. He barely sat down on an armrest, which was empty, when the remarks began.
I felt attacked and I was able to respond in English, saying that I'd paid for an adult seat for my son. I had to spend the 8- 9-hour flight without my thirteen-year-old son.
They didn't even make an announcement asking if anyone wanted to change seats.
For my part, I kept requesting they change places starting at the airport, and they kept telling me they would do it later.
What's more, you had to pay for headphones and movies. 0 entertainment. Under these conditions, I could see a little of my neighbor's screen, and she was passing the time watching someone stuff their face.
I arrived in Punta Cana very stressed out.
Thank you for an inflexible international flight.
What's more, showing up at the right time at the Frankfurt airport during the layover was a fiasco. There was a huge crowd at the 2 windows where you had to present your papers, with everyone crowded around, for every destination and we almost missed the plane.
As a result, I didn't take a photo of this sad departure.
