There was priority check-in and boarding in Frankfurt but not in San Juan.
We could not use the lounge or go to the head of the line to go through security.
The ground crew was helpful, friendly and multilingual (English, German, French and Spanish).
The seat comfort was mediocre but there was a lot of space for stretching out your legs + pillow, blanket, bottle of water and a comfort kit (see photos).
There were individual touch television screens with a good choice of movies in French, but the headphones provided had problems: they were big and made your ears hurt, and the plug would not fit into the socket.
The tray table for meals was very small.
The meals weren't very good, even if the quantity was sufficient. The coffee was served at the same time as the meal so when you got to dessert it was already cold, and besides that it was bitter. However, it was available throughout the flight (the same went for all drinks except alcohol).
The crew was friendly, helpful and polite.
Delivering luggage was not done by priority (disappointing compared with AF).
When it came to punctuality, we were delayed by 45 minutes.
Except for the legroom, Condor's Economy + class is basically economy class on a regular airline.
