I had a flight today from Bangkok to Ranong. I am fully aware that I booked a low-class ticket. However, at that night there was heavy rain in Bangkok, hence, I could not make it on time to reach the flight, because they close the boarding gate 10 minutes before the departure time.
I called the customer service number of Nok Air before closing of the boarding gate that I will not be able to make it in time to board the flight due to the rain. The customer service assistant told me that there will be no refund – full stop. No further explanation or excuse.
