We booked our flight for April 6.
It was changed to April 5 just a week before. Then the time of departure was changed twice and then again delayed twice once we were at the airport. In the end the flight was cancelled, without stating any reasons.
No direct compensation was given. We were transferred to a mediocre hotel and kept waiting.
Again no one from Cubana informed us about the next steps! We then were kept waiting for 2 full days! Then some low level representants of Cubana came to the hotel, just to announce that there would be no flight for the next 2 days.
After we (50 people) complained for hours they suddenly came up with a flight the same night.
After another stressful transfer to the airport and 7 hours of checking in again and waiting again, the flight was cancelled again!
And again, no information, very unfriendly staff, no suggestions or offers, no compensation. We had to organise some taxis ourselves just to get us back to the fucking mediocre hotel.
Now we are waiting for news from Cubana, meanwhile trying to organise another flight ourselves because we have lost trust in Cubana de Aviacon! None of us will ever risk using them again!
