The worst airplane company, that not only destroyed our vacations but also is unfair and do not sustain the cost they cause to people.
I have been flying with airBaltic for my new years eve vacations from Milan to Riga to Tel Aviv and they happen to lose my luggage with all my personal and my girlfriends belongings.
So, we are in a foreign country, trying to celebrate our vacations, with no clothes and other necessary things.
We needed to buy everything from scratch incurring a very high cost.
Now, you would expect them to start searching and the luggage to reach us in 24/48 hours. Nothing. No calls from their service. We called them every day for 9 days. Nine days with no information on where our luggage is or if they can find it some-how.
Fortunately, after these nine days, they found the luggage in Milan and I had even to go and take it myself.
However, after this stress and all the costs that me and my girlfriend had to bear, they contact us by saying that the maximum they can refund for our personal belongings is €100.
How ridiculous can that be?
Having provided all the receipts (that fortunately I found) and showing the real cost that we had, they still said that they can only refund us €100.
This is the worst ever service and company that does not only destroys the vacations of people, but also it is unfair not to sustain the cost they cause to people.
