These flights were a continuation of my Bangkok-Paris flight via Taipei:

The crew in Bangkok were very nice and helped not have the vegetarian meal (I had apparently asked for a vegetarian meal, although I had made no special requests).
They managed to change it in time. Thanks. They were surprise that I was making a connection in Taipei to go to Paris because usually the Thais who travel with Eva Air go to America.
The connection at the Taipei airport was a little long, but in comparison to Dubai, where you have to wait a long time, it didn't take more than 30 minutes. The airport is very original in the sense that each boarding gate has a special theme. For the Paris flight, the theme was the famous Japanese cat: Hello Kitty. I thought this was very original.
Both the BR68 (Bangkok-Taipei) and BR87 (Taipei-Paris) flights were in B777-300 ER airplanes. As for the screens, I was a little disappointed because I couldn't charge my iPhone, while when travelling with Thai Airways there is often a USB port. On the other hand, there were lots of French movies in comparison to Thai Airways.
This flight felt long to me. The plane was going through Russia surely to save gas and because of the winds and this made the trip seem very long to me. Even with the French movies, I was able to watch three films. Bangkok-Paris usually goes through India, the Middle East, Ukraine, and Germany.
The meal was very good and they also offer you a typical Thai dish for breakfast—some sort of soup whose name I don’t know.
The flight attendants spoke English, Chinese, Taiwanese, and Thai.
