I ARRIVED AT "MAN" ON THOMAS COOK AIRLINES, LATE OF COURSE. AT 6AM SAT MORNING. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF, ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. NO WHEELCHAIR AS REQUESTED, NO CLEAR DIRECTION TO MY FLYBE CONNECTION FLIGHT, CHANGE OF GATE DUE TO ONGOING CONSTRUCTION. AT SECURITY, I WAS LEFT BY FLYBE ASSISTANT, WHO WAS RUSHING 2 OR 3 OTHERS TO TEMORARY
GATE. I WAS LEFT ON MY OWN, I AM AN WALKING DISABLED
OLDER PERSON...I MADE IT TO THE PLANE, OF COURSE
MY BAGGAGE DID NOT. IT WAS THE NASTIEST PLANE, THE
FLIGHT ATTENDANT DID NOT DO HER CHECK LIST, READ HER SCRIPT. SAD TO SAY...IT'S THE WORST....HOPEFULLY
VIRGIN ATLANTIC WILL BUY THEM, AND FIRE THE MANCHESTER STAFF, AND RETRAIN THE CREWS, AND EITHER FIX THE TERMINAL OR CHANGE LOCATIONS!!!
