Awful service

Note: This review is about an experience that happened more than 3 years ago.

We departed on time from Paris. The ground crew was nice during check-in, but it was impossible to check the bags directly to Reykjavik - we would have to pick them up in Birmingham.

Then things got complicated.

The seat was not large enough, its back being insufficiently high.
My 1.80 meters is far from being extraordinary, in any case. The flight attendants were only there to sell drinks and chocolate bars. Service was minimal, but this was acceptable given the price of the ticket. Arrival was on time.

Then began the insanity. They didn't give back our bags in Birmingham, and the ground agent was friendly but unable to do much. And he admitted that this type of problem is widespread and happens daily. FYI: 10 people were in the same situation, on the same flight.

There was no customer service at the Birmingham airport - not a single counter. There was no answer on the phone, even though we patiently tried for 5 minutes.

Off I go to Reykjavík wearing just a shirt and a fleece jacket, even though the temperature is of 10°C.
Thank you, Flybe... Oh, yes - this also happened to be my honeymoon.

Unless there is a swift and satisfactory resolution to our disagreement, this is the last time they see me on their flights.

Conclusion: j'ai récupéré ma valise une semaine plus tard à l'aéroport JFK à New York. Arrivée on ne sait comment via British Airways. Il a fallu que je me déplace à l'aéroport pour la récupérer car la livraison ne pouvait être gratuite.
Bref 28 jours pile poil après ma réclamation par mail auprès du service client flybe je reçois un mail qui prétend que ma valise m'a été restituée le lendemain...
J'ai répondu, la suite a priori dans 28 jours...
Cette compagnie est une farce honteuse.
Je vous la deconseille vivement
