This was a five and a half hour flight at night in an A320. Fortunately, the "even more space" seats with 38" of pitch added contributed a bit to the comfort.
The cabin was old and worn, and unfortunately, despite the amount of space between them, the seats don't recline enough.
The IFE system also looked old and wouldn't work at all during the entire flight. A $15 voucher was given to each passenger. No problem: I managed to sleep for a large portion of the flight anyway.
The staff on the ground and onboard were nice, as well as efficient (they help with storing baggage to speed up the boarding process).
The flight both left and arrived at destination on time. Going through immigration and customs was relatively rapid with the ESTA system at Fort Lauderdale.
