The flight went with no significant problems….
However, we departed late and no explanations were given and we were also not informed on whether we’d arrive on time or not.
When we arrived, the baggage was not there. Forgotten in Casablanca?! They gave me an emergency toiletry kit…. And my bag was supposed to be delivered to me on the next flight (the following day at 7 a.m.). There were no news of my bag at 4 p.m., so I called them and they assured me that it would arrive in no time. So, I waited, and waited, and waited…. I ended up losing more than half a day of my stay in Rome waiting in the apartment instead of enjoying the city: it’s ridiculous and, well, good luck finding someone who speaks and understands English! This airline has to be blacklisted ASAP!
