The worst service that I've ever seen The plane was late with no excuse or even an explanation. The staff was unsmiling and inattentive. There was no meal, just a soda.
The departure had the same itinerary with a stop in Rome as well. We had the same flight: the plane was delayed with no excuse, staff was contemptuous and it took an hour to get our luggage (this was actually caused by a delay at the Marseille Provence Airport).
Even though it means paying a little more, we'll leave from Lyon next year so we can avoid Alitalia.
