We paid for a round trip flight on RAM so we would have the service that the name implies.
To our great surprise, the plane on the return flight was from Ten Airways, a Romanian airline.
The plane was very old with broken seats and no one spoke French or Moroccan.
The plane had been chartered by Royal Air Maroc, but it was a shame for this airline, which we will be avoiding in the future.
No attention or single word from the pilot.
We couldn't put our luggage anywhere since all of the compartments were occupied by the crew.
We were in seats 2A/2B.
We were supposed to arrive at 7:35 pm but we ended up arriving at 8:30 pm.
It was a shame, my driver had to wait for an hour.
The seats had ashtrays even though smoking on planes has been banned for a long time. I think that His Majesty the King would be upset to know under what conditions Royal Air Maroc makes its customers travel under.
We don't want a response from you, but know that we travel to Morocco a lot and in the future we will be using different airlines.
Continue to make people travel like animals, but if you can, please listen to some of our experiences. Remember that there have been other notable instances when a review like this led to changes before a serious accident happened. Thank you for noting this.
