We flew for the first time to Morroco 2 weeks ago, and had the worst customer experience ever while travelling.
When arriving at the airport, we were told by the company that our tickets had been cancelled (not the flight, just our tickets). No one had sent us an email to warn us, or tell us why.
We had to rush to their “agency” in the airport to find out what was going on and to get this sorted out. The incompetent agent could not explain why our tickets had been cancelled, but informed us that we had no choice, we either paid them an extra GBP 260 (I would call this a “bribe”) or we did not get on the flight.
We have now sent emails every day during the last week to the company, in order to get an explanation and to get reimbursed, but no response from them. Trying to call them is also impossible, and if we do get the chance to talk to someone, they hang up as soon as they understand that we want a reimbursement.
I strongly advise anybody considering flying with this company not to do so, you may find yourself having to pay a backsheesh in order to get back home.
