A short interior flight between San Francisco Oakland and Seattle for a day on the first flight of the day.
There was no baggage to check so we went through security, which is nothing like a French or European screening. They practically strip you down to your underwear even for an interior flight.
Once that was done we went to board at Gate 15. The terminal was perfectly planned out and the boarding was very quick.
For this flight, Alaska Airlines used a 737-800 NG with first class and economy cabins. The interior layout was completely new, the plane was clean and a nice surprise was the modest price of the round trip ticket. The service was excellent: they served drinks and the leather seats were large with a pitch that was better than what you'll see in Europe (an 380 AF with less space). There was a USB charging, Wifi and a polite flight crew.
No complaints about this flight, it was perfect with the bonus of an ILS Cat 3B on arrival in Seattle, there was a lot of fog.
Thank you, Alaska :D
