First flight coming from El Calafate, arriving at the Buenos Aires international airport: surprise! No luggage for 10 people of our group of 12…
It was impossible to make a complaint there, because we had to hurry to get to the international airport in order to go to Madrid. So we made a minimal complaint (without our contact information) and waited for the plane, which had a one-and-a-half hour delay for which no explanations were given.
So, we departed at around 1:30 a.m. and they put us to sleep only to unceremoniously wake us up at around 4 a.m. (Buenos Aires time, 8 a.m. in Madrid) for dinner! And the meal was bland, to make things worse. Also, the service was crappy for the majority of the flight (there was none), with no way of even asking for a drink (flight attendants nonexistent and unpleasant). When they at last served us breakfast, it was already two hours before landing, at around 3 p.m. (Madrid time).
They counseled us to “complete” our complaint at the stopover in Madrid, but this was impossible because a flight attendant of this lovely airline was waiting for us to make us quickly board the Air France plane to finish our trip in Paris (too little time between the two flights), threatening to make us pay new tickets if we didn't hurry!
We tried to get more information at Roissy (still without our bags…), but Air France “couldn't do anything to help us because the problem was caused by the Argentinian airline!” Hurray for Sky Team!
Six days after we arrived, we are still waiting for our bags without even knowing where they really are.
I will avoid this airline in the future!
