Disguting experience!

Review of Unicorn about the flight Air India between Bombay and Bangalore on 14/10/2014 in Economy

Note: This review is about an experience that happened more than 3 years ago.

The flight was totally bad. The leg space was not good, the reclining was broken, there was no entertainment. The flight was not well maintained. There was no proper lighting it was dark. The food was cold and awful and the quantity was very less. The take off was good but the landing was very turbulent. It was very difficult for us to be inside the aircraft . The aircraft cooler or the Air Conditioning was not at all good. The English of the captain was good enough but they were irregular in informing the passengers. The check in process was very slow. They had not given us the correct timings for the boarding process and and had printed the wrong gate number. They took very poor care of our luggages and they broke my suitcase . The service was good but again very slow and was very boring. I hated this experience!
