I should mention that I was forced to take this flight for the simple reason that Brussels Airlines does not serve Algiers because Air Algeria monopolizes the Algerian airspace.
My flight was delayed for four hours and, of course, no information was given.
Not only are tickets overpriced, but the service is deplorable on all plans.
This airline is unprofessional. I do not understand how in 2014 there can still be people who are given priority only because they are among the families of senior dignitaries or because they know Air Algeria employees. They skip ahead of everybody to check their bags and enter the plane. I think it is shameful!
