Short flight from Paris CDG to Marseille T4, with the French national airlines, Air France. As a member of Skyteam, Air France provides to its Elite+ customers fast lanes with red Skypriority panels for priority access to the gates. However, this is only superficial marketing as there is no control and everyone is going through these lines, which are therefore absolutely not fast.
Service during the flight is very limited, and has not changed since years. A (bad) croissant with a (bad) coffee, there is no alternative. The crew is really unenthusiastic, and contributes to the French reputation of “administration without service”.
Even if the flight landed on time and there was no specific trouble, my feeling about this flight remains bad. The price was too expensive or the quality was too low, or probably the airline company sold me more promises that it was able to provide.
