Outbound flight managed by China Eastern: chinese staff is not trained to deal with western customers. Old plane, with uncomfortable seats. On both ways after one hour the staff completely disappeared until one hour before landing.
My luggage was delayed 13 hours and I had to go to pick it up myself at the airport. I was denied the refund of even the taxi fare to pick up it up. No excuses accepted for not having receipt for few items bought in Rabat at 10:30 pm (imagine if they give you a receipt in Morocco at that time). Total damage about 60 USD and 13 hours without changing clothes.
