I didn't understand why they asked us to check-in in advance, something that's not always easy to do mid-journey, and it was total chaos at the airport where we were queuing up for an hour and a half. That's pleasant for pregnant women. It meant we were prevented from getting a few items we'd planned on buying. Service seems to be suspended between the two meals.
I eventually discovered that we could go and serve ourselves drinks or snacks, but it's tricky when you're next to a fairly unpleasant person who's sleeping.
It was impossible to get to sleep in that cramped space for the whole twelve hours of the flight. It was very cold, despite the blanket. The landing was a little askew.
