Check-in was quick and easy.
Very nice four-hour flight (four and a half hours, door-to-door).
Departure and arrival on time, almost to the minute.
The available space, including the legroom and the width of the seat, was very comfortable for an economy class (I’m 1.82 m).
The cabin crew was bilingual, very available, and very nice.
Complimentary drinks were served three times during the flight, and charged snacks were offered twice (on a domestic four-hour flight it doesn't surprised me that those are charged).
I spent the entire flight next to the window and wearing a t-shirt and felt no cold. Not even the faintest shivers.
Flight information was precise and complete, and was regularly given out by the pilots and the cabin crew.
There was a touchscreen per person with an amazing choice of movies, TV shows, documentaries, cartoons, and radios of all kinds. It surprised me a little to see this on a mid-distance flight, but I really appreciated it.
Everything was for a price not much more expensive than with low-cost airlines.
I highly recommend it.
