An airline we couldn’t love more!
An intuitive and easy to use website, check-in procedures are simple, with an automatic generation of a passbook for those who own an iPhone.
Check-in went as usual, on time, and quickly, with great efficiency.
The flight attendants were likeable, smiling, and available.
As for the seat, it seems to me that Recaro leather has become the standard in mid-sized single-aisle plane. It’s about the same in every airline.
The snacks and drinks were honest and have the merit of being complimentary. For those who were a little hungry, it was possible to buy extra dishes. As for the taste, they were acceptable.
The flight went without a hassle, being a little ahead of time.
Landing was a little rough, but, well, we’re all in one piece.
Arriving at Tegel, we disembarked on the tarmac and walked to the entrance of terminal 3. This is not a very welcoming place, being simply a summarily arranged hangar. We were expecting a bit more from Air Berlin, but it seems to me that they are desperately waiting for the inauguration of the Brandenburg airport, in the south of Berlin, rather than a renovation of Tegel, which should be closed pretty soon.
Except for that, it was a nice experience as a whole, I’d do it again.
