The check-in was at terminals, which was not really practical. Then, once the luggage tag was printed, you then went to the counter to check the luggage and the staff there was really unpleasant.
Passage through security was fast thanks to new security checkpoints that took less than 5 seconds per passenger.
Fluid boarding and an introduction to the new 777-300ER which is less than a year old.
The flight crew was hands-on (very efficient), the seats had good pitch and even better inclination. The adjustable headrest was great.
There were more than 200 films in all languages and around 30 in French.
As for the food, the main course was mediocre. The problem was that the pasta sauce was thick and had a "special" taste. The rest was okay.
Soft blanket and nice pillow.
We arrived in London on time.
