I wasn't able to take this flight for health reasons.
I asked customer service for a "notice of non-boarding " to be able to get reimbursement from my insurance.
To this day, more than 1 month after the request, I haven't received a single document.
My request is therefore:
> either to get the notice of non-boarding
> or learn the procedure to follow in order to get one.
Because of all of the complaints to customer service, I have decided to stop calling since the service hangs up without answering, so you pay every time.
