As soon as I got off the plane, on arrival at Point-à-Pitre airport, an agent took charge of me. He issued boarding passes to myself and three other people and led us to the departure lounge.
We went out to join the ATR-42 on a bus, which was quite well air-conditioned.
The plane was very clean.
We were welcomed aboard by a hostess who hardly smiled at all, which is a pity.
There was an adequate amount of space between the seat rows.
Pre-flight checks were not carried out very conscientiously (with large bags stored on, rather than underneath, seats).
There was a drinks service available to us during the flight.
The approach to Saint Martin is quite impressive.
In conclusion: a decent flight aboard an aircraft in good condition, but a big minus for the cabin crew, who are seriously lacking in motivation.
