This airline doesn't make the flights it offers, canceling them 2 weeks before departure. In addition to the inconvenience caused, you have to make a lot of useless tries in order to get the reimbursement which, according to the law (European Regulation n° 261/2004 of February 11, 2004), must be made within 7 days.
I guess that Blue Air uses this technique to meet its need for money considering that its planes don't fly if they cancel at the last legal moment (two weeks before the date of departure).
I recommend avoiding this Romanian low cost as much as possible since the customer service is almost nonexistent and it recalls the old Communist mentality that still remains.
Don't expect to be treated like a client, just a user and, if you're not happy, too bad for you, you not know to choose a real airline company that is serious and the next time.
